Here’s a short video I made after attending the World e-democracy Forum in Paris.
In the video I talk about the amazing emphasis that Japan places on ensuring that its citizens have access (not free) to high-speed broadband. Currently, 98.3% of its citizens have high-speed access and they’re going after the remaining 1.7% aggressively. Must be nice.
